I guide people on journeys of self-discovery that transform inner tension into purposeful action. Through inquiry, breathwork, and contemplative practice, I help you find clarity and discover a path forward. Our work together connects you to your true nature and provides clear next steps in your life and work.
As a dedicated practitioner and experienced teacher who walks between worlds, I draw from both ancient wisdom traditions and contemporary understanding. My approach has been shaped through years of personal practice, study with master teachers, and guiding others through transformative experiences.
In 2019, I co-founded Kaizn, a company dedicated to helping people discover and realise their full potential through transformational experiences and practices. Previously, I spent 10 years as an entrepreneur in hospitality and lifestyle, experiencing both successful ventures and meaningful challenges.
My path has been one of both luminous highs and humbling transitions. I've experienced the thrill of entrepreneurship, building successful ventures and witnessing visions come to life. Yet beneath these achievements lay an insatiable drive for more - success, recognition, validation.
This endless pursuit of external affirmation eventually led to burnout and divorce, bringing a profound realisation: no amount of outward success would fill what I was truly seeking. This became the catalyst for a deeper inner journey of unwinding the programming and conditioning that had driven me for so long. These challenges became my greatest teachers, opening doorways to deeper dimensions of understanding.
I have a particular appreciation for supporting those who sense there's more to life than our conventional understanding - whether they're navigating transitions, seeking deeper meaning, or ready to expand their awareness.
While many of my clients are founders, CEOs, and public figures, what unites them is their openness to exploring their growth edge and readiness for genuine transformation.
